Self-hypnosis is a process of self-induced trance for the purpose of installing positive suggestions into the subconscious to create desired behavioral and emotional changes. While there are many different ways to create an intentional stated of hypnosis, many well-known neuroscientists say we are in a state of subconsciousness awareness over 95% of our day.
